McClure Suite – Our Main Conference Venue

The main conference and event room, the McClure Suite, is one of the largest in the South East, catering for up to 1,000 delegates theatre-style and 600 banquet style. This suite can also be divided into McClure Suite 1 and McClure Suite 2 offering additional configuration flexibility to suit any type of event or private occasion.

Included in the room are multiple drop-down screens, LCD projectors, wired & handheld microphones, 21 inbuilt speakers, hearing impaired loop, podium and staging.


McCarthy Suite – 120 Meeting/Conference Capacity

The McCarthy Suite has a capacity of up to 120 delegates theatre style. This room can also be sub-divided in order to cater for smaller groups with each room taking 60 delegates theatre style.

This room includes 2 drop down screens, 2 LCD projectors, one microphone and WiFi access.


Oscar Wilde Suite – Smaller Meeting Room

The Oscar Wilde Suite can take 100 delegates theatre-style and 30 delegates board room style.

This room includes a drop-down screen, LCD projector, air conditioning and WiFi access.


Clayton Whites Hotel Boardrooms

Along with the main conference venues, we offer another 4 purpose-built boardrooms with high-quality furnishings that can cater for up to 12 delegates boardroom style or 30 delegates theatre-style each.

The Pembroke, Selskar, Westgate and Walter Dene Suites each have an LCD screen that can connect to a laptop. Making your visit to our meeting rooms completely stress-free.
