The White Flag National Standard is a Leisure Centre and Hotel Leisure award encompassing safety, hygiene, maintenance and environment and customer care.
To ensure standards are maintained, the White Flag Quality standard grades facility’s operations and is based on the four essential areas when operating any leisure centre or spa: safety, hygiene and maintenance and customer care and HR.
