The cardio equipment in the gym includes treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and cross-trainers. It provides an array of upper and lower body modular equipment and the dumbbell selection reaches up to 60kg in the designated free weights area. There is also an area dedicated for stretching and improving flexibility.

The Wexford Leisure Club offers Irish Water Safety certified children and adult swimming lessons in 10 week courses. Please enquire at reception for the start date of the next swimming lessons cycle. Choose from five different timeslots for children. Also home to Water Babies in Wexford.
This class is held by an external instructor, Sadhana Yoga. Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change, as you build strength; you start to believe in your own potential. Hotel residents and Wexford Leisure Club members enjoy a discounted rate of €11 per class.
A fun exercise class consisting of a large number of exercises designed to burn as much as possible. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great way to reach your fitness goals. (Members €3.50 and non-members €7.00)

This class is designed especially for your golden years. This class consists of a range of low impact aerobic exercises.
A class that consists of performing aerobic exercises in fairly shallow water. Aqua aerobics is a great class to improve your general fitness and is very beneficial for anybody needing rehabilitation as this is one of the lowest impact training methods.
A non-impact high intensity cardio vascular exercise class which takes place on a stationary bike. Image yourself climbing Mount Everest, racing in the Tour De France or peacefully cycling through the countryside. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Begin to Spin
Begin to spin is a 30 minute short class to act as an introduction to Spin. This workout focus’ on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. A guaranteed great workout!
Spin endurance / Power spin / Spin and core
Spinning is a good challenge your body in an aerobic capacity. You will work up a good sweat and gives a considerable caloric burn given the timeframe.
This class is aimed at more mature adults. It’s a fun multi activity class that will help you to lead a more healthy and active lifestyle.
A type of low/medium level of impact aerobics class. Beginners welcome.
A class incorporating some of the fundamental prime movements of physical fitness. Using a variety of equipment, this class is made fun yet challenging for all.
