The cardio equipment in the gym includes treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and cross-trainers. It provides an array of upper and lower body modular equipment and the dumbbell selection reaches up to 60kg in the designated free weights area. There is also an area dedicated for stretching and improving flexibility.

Club Vitae Clayton Whites Hotel offers Irish Water Safety certified children and adult swimming lessons in 10 week courses. Please enquire at reception for the start date of the next swimming lessons cycle. Choose from five different timeslots for children. Also home to Water Babies in Wexford.
This class is held by an external instructor, Sadhana Yoga. A relaxation and flexibility based class. Focusing on breathing and posture control through specific poses and routines

Bootcamp is a form of body conditioning class using resistance training exercises for timed intervals. It promotes a high after burn effect boosting metabolism
Aqua aerobics is the performance of aerobic based exercise in the pool. A fun and enjoyable class atmosphere. You don’t need to be able to swim to take part.
Power spin / Spin and core
Spinning is a good challenge your body in an aerobic capacity. You will work up a good sweat and gives a considerable caloric burn given the timeframe.
A class incorporating some of the fundamental prime movements of physical fitness. Using a variety of equipment, this class is made fun yet challenging for all.
